We have second shift Assembler/Fabricator positions available.

In this role you will set-up and operate a variety of presses, perform various heat-treat operations (loading/unloading for heat-treat, stress relieve, annealing, etc.) run cleaning and blasting equipment, perform low and high pressure teating and other processing duties in related areas.


75% Produces and measures parts produced using various equipment and measuring tools, IAW standard operating procedures and other necessary documents. Works under minimum supervision and with a high degree of skill and accuracy. Is responsible for work produced. Must maintain a safe and clean work area at all times.


15% Fabricates/assembles development prodct from blueprints or other necessary documents.


5% Runs machine tools used in the fabrication or assembly of assigned work.


5% Performs other duties as required.

Requirements



  • High school or equivalent and seven (7) years of direct experience with hands-on fabrication methods (using hydraulic presses, heat-treating equipment, blasting, cleaning and testing equipment, preferably on high pressure products).
  • Must be able to read blueprints.
  • Ability to speak, read and write in English is required.
  • This position requires the ability to work 2nd shift (and other shifts if workload changes should require).
  • Must have the ability to carry up to 50 lbs. and to operate/work safely around machining/moving equipment.
  • U.S. Citizenship required.
