Commission only Sales Agent

We are in search of a Commission only Sales Agent to identify developing and cultivating relationships to create new sales, book 20-25 tours a month, consistently meet or exceed sales goals and to communicate daily with VP of sales via phone.

Requirements:
- Must have a solid understanding of the sales process of high dollar sales.
- Must be successful in closing relationship based sales.
- Minimum of 50 outbound calls a day/200 + a month required.
- Database sales management experience required.
- Pre-qualified leads.
- Must be able to work weekends.
- Must be able to learn products quickly and adapt to a sales process.
