Our client is looking for Engineers who are looking for a change of pace and would like to make the move to the consulting world. We’re looking for consulting professionals whose career advancement is built on proven success in fast-paced, mission-critical environments like our clients.
Our client feels that the foundations and integrity of the engineering profession produce the quality individuals that would make a terrific fit with their consulting practice. Project teams are usually composed of two to four people drawn from different levels of the firm. Working with small teams on major consulting assignments encourages a close working relationship with Consultants, Managers, Principals and clients. The exposure to clients encourages an understanding of the critical questions that face the executives.
Responsibilities:
- Work with client and teams to develop and deliver business and technical solutions to client satisfaction.
- Develop and manage client relationships, project plans and resources.
- Implement techniques to improve engagement productivity, ensure deliverables are on-time and within budget, increase efficiency and resolve issues.
- Conduct presentations and deliver proposals to clients.
- Transfer knowledge, monitor engagement team performance, and provide feedback.
- Monitor and direct others to comply with company initiatives and processes.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 year College Diploma in Engineering Technology
- Minimum of 5 years experience
- Excellent writing and oral communications
- Ability to work in team-based environment
- Competence in MS-Office software
