Strong candidate with high technical expertise to work as a member of the National Performance Triage team which focuses on complex performance analysis covering all services including voice and data and both RAN and Core network, with focus on RAN. Typically performance analysis covers all nodes from end-to-end including handsets, user applications, RAN, Core network, Transport and Internet / Application servers.
· Highly advanced senior lead individual contributor engineer with strong technical and leadership skills.
· Proven Leadership skills, experience on leading teams or projects, skills on motivating individuals to deliver excellence
· Experience on analyzing performance in 2G, 3G and 4G networks, voice and data, RAN and Core networks
· Work with other organizations such as CTO Architecture & Planning, ATS, NP&E Core, Marketing, infrastructure and device vendors
· Innovation and development is often required when using new data sources and tools.
· The selected candidate is highly influential in recommending solutions for improving UMTS and LTE performance.
· Highly capable of written and verbal presentations of complex technical contents
The position is capable of conducting advanced analysis independently without support, as well as leading work teams of engineers from vendors or local teams in order to complete large investigations on time. The candidate is great at motivating and coaching individuals to deliver great results.
