Altisource™ is developing a reputation as the preeminent technology enabled, knowledge based provider of its services. Our focus is on leveraging technology and a global service delivery model to provide highly efficient, accurate support of the industries we service. Unique intellectual property, such as behavioral-science principles, artificial intelligence driven scripting engines and risk decision models are used to reduce performance variability and improve compliance and overall performance for Altisource™ and its clients. This position reports directly to the Director of Client Services.
Premium Title Services, Inc. -Altisource is establishing a national title insurance business initially built around two separate title agency platforms – one in Irvine, California and the other in Atlanta, GA. (Premium Title Services – “PTS”) These agency platforms, along with dedicated operations teams in India will underwrite title insurance policies for 3-4 title insurance companies for whom we have been appointed as title agent. The title agencies will underwrite both Owners’ and Lenders’ policies and will operate in the Foreclosure/REO, Refinance and New Purchase segments of the market.
Responsibilities include:
· This is a base plus commission opportunity · Development and implementation of strategies that lead to market share and revenue growth · Coordinate communication between business development and operations unit · Provide problem resolution and customer service to Mortgage Bankers and Lenders · Work with Lenders One Members to understand their needs and recommend appropriate solutions · Working knowledge of Resware software system and ability to increase productivity through development and utilization of software · Develop accurate reporting to manage current production, growth percentage and revenue margins in a timely manner in accordance with expectation set forth by senior management · Participate in training and education to further develop management, client relation and technology skills
Key Result Areas:
· Work with business development to maximize business opportunities · Work with operations to increase productivity and client relation · Grow Premium Title’s market share within Lenders One Membership · Support outside marketing efforts for non-captive business · Develop an understanding of software system within 30 days of hire · Develop client on-boarding material within 30 days of hire · Effective reporting to manage and maintain business growth
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree and 5 years or more experience in title outside sales, escrow or other related real estate services. The candidate will possess significant demonstrated ability to grow relationship, manage and retain a large portfolio of business and continue company growth. Additionally, the individual will have well developed oral and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, a demonstrated ability to manage simultaneous priorities, strong judgment, issues management and problem analysis skills.
