Coordinator - Fabric Import
The Fabric Coordinator is responsible for all correspondence and follow up between LAO and VFA for fabric related issues, request, approvals, etc, also creating reports for fabric analysis.
Key Responsibilities 1. Interface all communication regarding fabric deveolpment thru production between Agents/fabric mills and and LAO for men's and women's sportswear divisions 2. Laison between design and agents 3. Create mill sheets, follow up for technical detail sheets 4. Updates and maintains the fabric books. 5. Runs reports for fabric tracking 6. Sets up codes for new fabrics. 7. Order sample yardage when applicable. 8. Performs special projects and additional duties as assigned by the Fabric Director. 9. Maintain calendar dates for on time delivery of H/L, S/O, lab dips etc 10. Send out weekly In-Transit reports to cross-functional partners
