- Create concepts for original promo campaigns, including the writing, directing, editing, and designing of the campaign spots - Initiate strategy and branding directives for the on-air look and presentation of the network(s) - Supervise and coordinate the pre-production and post-production of promos being developed internally and with external companies - Research edit, design, sound and music, and production companies - Hire and supervise film directors, DP's, Art Directors, Production Companies, and other key positions for commercial film shoots - Select Voice-Over talent for usage on promos - Provide Creative guidance and assistance to the Managers, Producers, and Associate Producers - NO SPORTS KNOWLEDGE OR BACKGROUND IS REQUIRED!
