Workway Professional Staffing in partnership with a national automotive finance company in Irvine, Ca is seeking qualified Credit Analysts for their Consumer Credit Department. Qualified candidates will have experience working in the auto industry.
This position involves the purchase of sales finance contracts from franchise automobile dealerships. Analysis is done to determine whether the loan applicant meets acceptable underwriting standards. Underwriting is done using an automated credit system.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Review and make appropriate decisions on loan applications to meet acceptable underwriting standards, while maintaining a high level of service to internal and external customers
Provide back-up support for team members
All other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Requirements:
- One to three years experience of which at least two years of prior captive/indirect auto lending, funding, or collection experience desired
- Must be a high school graduate with a college degree preferred.
