We're looking for an Email Marketing Manager to manage and develop email programs. This is a new role requiring an entrepreneurial, creative and passionate individual who can harness their marketing expertise to manage Nasty Gal's email program and initiatives.
In this position, you will...
-Help manage email marketing campaigns end-to-end, including planning, targeting, set-up, testing, execution, reporting and optimization. -Drive cross-team processes for effective, on-time delivery of site content, promotions, and marketing plans. This involves building strong internal relationships and coordinating across buying, planning, operations, development and design. - Maintain the timely execution of Nasty Gal's email program - marketing and transactional.
- Concept and develop member segmentation strategies to ensure email relevance to members
- Develop a testing strategy to continually optimize email performance, from delivery to purchase
- Identify, test and implement new opportunities to improve conversion and customer satisfaction via email communications.
- Set and deliver quarterly and annual targets.
- Manage and optimize the design, content and layout of all email communications.
- Analyze, monitor and communicate performance of email initiatives to business stakeholders.
- Maintain email best practices including browser/client compatibility, appearance of subject lines, use of images etc.
- Monitor and minimize unsubscribe/bounce/complaint rates and ensure spam regulation compliance (e.g. CAN-SPAM).
- Develop transactional email programming and tactics.
