Event Producer
Managing the Special Events staff including but not limited to: project managers, captains and staff, art directors, lighting vendors, entertainment and, caterers as well as other vendors necessary to bring off a successful event.
Pitching ideas and themes promoting the various service of the Special Events Group to Executives of all division of Time Warner. In addition to handling 3rd party business.
Prepare budgets for events and manage projects to meet clients' expectations while staying within budget.
Responsible for updating internal Financial Calendar. Liaise with Retail Services Financial Manager.
Oversees the catering components and food production for Special Events.
Updates department policies and procedures.
Attend Management meeting on behalf of the Executive Director when needed.
Completes special projects and other duties as assigned.
