IPS has an opportunity for a licensed P&C account manager with excellent people skills to work with a mixture of accounts. Our client company is a small, growing office, offering world class personal and commercial coverage while working with the most reliable insurance carriers in the business.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide superior service to assigned clients, responding to inquiries, mail and requests
Maximize sales by assisting the producer with placing and processing new business, identifying cross-selling opportunities and reviewing and ordering renewals
Review, analyze and market applications to insurance carriers
Prepare quotations, coverage summaries, proposals and recommendations
Requirements:
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum three years retail Commercial Insurance experience
Professional appearance and demeanor and a positive attitude
Good verbal and written communication skills
Current California Insurance license
Strong computer skills, familiarity with TAM agency management system a plus
