Glass Industry Sales Engineer
Pyrotek Inc., a leading international company providing high temperature solutions for industry has an immediate need for a Technical Sales person serving West Coast customers. This person will be responsible for direct sales of high temperature products to container, float, specialty, and glass tempering and bending companies. Responsibilites will include locating new customers and developing and maintaining good working relationships with existing customers is required. Identifying applications, developing prototype products and utilizing Pyroteks high temperature materials to solve problems resulting in the generation of sales and profits is a key result requirement.
Optimally, the successful candidate will be located in California and will work from Pyrotek's office in Santa Fe Springs, CA. The right candidate could work from a home based office located on the west coast. Three or more years of operations experience in a glass manufacturing facility (production supervisor, plant manager, etc.) required. A BS in Engineering or a related degree considered to be a plus.
