Laboratory/Triage Technician Department: Pathological Laboratory Se Schedule: Full-Time Shift: Variable Hours: 4am-12:30pm Job Details: * High School diploma or equivalent * Purpose Statement / Position Summary Performs clinical laboratory activities including collection and handling of specimens, pre-analytic analysis, analytic analysis, and data management under the direction of a Supervisor.
Minimum Requirements / Work Experience Laboratory experience desirable. Experience working with the public.
Education / Licensure / Certification High School graduate. Medical Terminology desirable. Phlebotomy Certification, as issued according to applicable DHS regulations, is required for phlebotomy personnel, and desirable for all other technicians whose main job functions are focused within the technical sections.
