Here is your opportunity to build out and develop a mobile business for our new digital initiatives inside our Business Development Team!
Orange County Register Communications is actively searching for an experienced Mobile Sales Manager with expertise in Mobile Display Advertising, SMS marketing, QR Codes and Social Media. We need someone with an entrepreneurial spirit who can help develop a team, define the products and identify a process to help us grow our Mobile revenue. You will help drive revenue by offering cutting edge products and applications to local and national accounts.
Responsibilities
You will manage four direct reports and monitor monthly sales goals and performance, ensure goal attainment.
Assess potential business deals, negotiate favorable terms and acquire prospective commitment.
Meet aggressive quarterly and annual sales goals.
Think strategically and creatively within a fast-paced – ever changing environment as well as keep pace with the industry competition.
Demonstrated interest in mobile display/applications and social media.
Minimum of 2-4 years of sales experience including selling online advertising, real estate, automotive and recruitment are a plus.
Proven communication and presentation skills with the ability to sell at all decision-making levels
