• Specialty hospital in southern California is seeking an RN / Director of Quality Management.
• This position is responsible for planning and implementing the performance improvement program to meet the needs of the hospital.
• The incumbent will provide education to medical staff, hospital staff, and Governing Body. Will facilitate performance improvement activities and CQI activities throughout the hospital.
• Will act as resource person to administrative team, department managers, and medical staff; perform clinical risk management functions; assist department managers with preparation for medical staff committees. Will also have oversight responsibility for all performance improvement activities conducted throughout the hospital.
• Prior experience in Hospital Quality Performance, Nurse Management jobs, Quality Improvement job, Healthcare Risk management jobs and Healthcare Quality Assurance jobs a plus.

• CPHQ preferred with a minimum of 3 years experience in Quality and /or Risk Management in a hospital setting.
• Prior experience in Nurse jobs, Nurse Manager, Quality Improvement Healthcare jobs, Quality Assurance healthcare jobs and/or Quality Improvement Nurse jobs a plus.

• 85,000 - 95,000
