Production Coordinator, On Air Promotions
- Work closely with Director of Production and Promo Writer-Producers to schedule Avid, Graphics Bay, VO and Audio Sweetening sessions for numerous on air spots, off air campaigns, comp reels and various Marketing deliverables; update and adjust post production schedules on a daily basis by effectively communicating with key personnel
-Regularly review broadcast programming schedule for both the Network; maintain an acute awareness of air dates for shows and target dates for promo campaigns and sponsored Marketing spots to ensure schedules of delivery are accurate; adjust as needed on a constant basis
-Effectively communicate on-going post production schedule changes to key post staff and producers
-Effectively communicate key issues to Director of Production on a daily basis
-Maintain Daily QC Memo listing all spots for delivery everyday; work closely with department Production Assistants to track progress against QC and other PA duties; order links (Digital Dailies) of finished spots
-Assist as needed in project QC before final delivery
-Book freelance Avid editors and outside Audio sweetening sessions as needed
-Book additional session time as needed from CEG Post Services department
-Book Voice-Over artists by interacting in a professional manner with VO talent agencies on a daily basis
