Create and execute brand appropriate marketing events and programs. Continuously evaluate effectiveness of marketing efforts and investments. Develop meaningful and brand appropriate partnerships and co-branding opportunities. Encourage repeat business through gift card sales, customer incentive programs, direct mail promotions and loyalty programs. Maximize GUESS List and M Loyalty programs; increase membership to 75% sign up ratio. Create and execute in-store events for loyalty programs to sign-up new members as well as reward existing members. Develop meaningful and brand appropriate partnerships and co-branding opportunities. Partner with both the field and mall marketing to sign-up and execute appropriate marketing programs.
