Leadbolt is an award winning online and mobile advertising network. We are seeking a successful sales manager with publisher and digital advertiser experience to grow our mobile and online publisher base from our Los Angeles location. We have the advertisers, we need you to bring the publishers.

What will you be doing You will be approaching, prospecting and closing Brands, Apps and Developers. Selling the benefits of our technology, helping them monetize their content and products.
The success candidate will have:
- 2+ years experience working for a mobile advertising company in a sales, affiliate management or account management capacity
- Strong sales skills including the ability to create and build relationships
- A track record in delivering and hitting sales targets
- Good organizational and time management skills
You will be responsible for:
- Building a pipeline of prospects and managing the sales stages from initiate to close
- Primary contact and ongoing management of all accounts after the sale
- Reporting to the President and board on sales performance and shifting trends in the market
- Developing a publisher base and then the team to support them
