The QA Tester will work closely with our client to ensure the execution of quality, error free online surveys. Additionally, the QA tester will ensure that the correct sample demographic is targeted, work through technical errors, and ensure client satisfaction throughout every step of the client services process. THis is a unique opportunity for a skilled and energetic QA tester to expand their skill set within an entrepreneurial, fast growing organization.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities of our QA tester:
Adjusts and updates targeting criteria, looking for potential issues and ensures quality of online survey is pristine.
Regularly performs sampling methodology, providing sample needs and sample planning;
Provides correlation at all phases to manage client’s expectations;
Manages client’s communication through duration of the project;
Monitors quotas and incidence rates;
Responsible for final invoicing to accounting.
Responsible for reporting on project metrics such as value, field times, incidence, completion rate, etc.
Manages projects with complex study designs
Works regularly with Sales and Account Executives, bringing them in if specs change or more information is required;
Communicates other QA testers daily about specific client issues.
Requirements:
Qualifications/Requirements for QA Tester :
Must be proficient in MS Office suite; familiarity with PowerPoint and Excel;
Must be flexible, able and willing to adopt technological advancements;
Detail oriented with excellent communication skills;
Possesses strong analytical and judgment skills;
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
Undergraduate degree with 3-5 years of experience in a QA testing role.
Effective communication and presentation skills required;
An attention to detail with an appreciation of deadlines and budgets is essential.
