Overview :
Macy's, Inc. is seeking qualified candidates for the Senior Claims Examiner position located in Redondo Beach, CA.
Key Accountabilities :
Investigate claims and make compensability decisions.
Manage all aspects of workers' compensation claims, including benefit delivery, litigation, rating permanent disability, medical management and reserving.
Provide customer service for store and corporate contracts.
Assist and support Human Resources and corporate departments.
Skills Summary :
3 - 5 years experience as California Workers' Compensation Claims Examiner.
Must possess excellent communication, customer service, and negotiation skills.
Must be organized and able to work independently.
Basic computer skills are required.
4-year college degree, CA Self-Insurance License, and Claims Designation preferred.
