Opportunity Parsons is seeking a Senior Project Engineer with extensive road and highway design and engineering experience to support our Caltrans Districts 8, 11 and 12 projects. This role will integrate the various aspects of transportation engineering innovation, risk management, and scheduling on our road and highway projects. Specifically, the selected candidate will apply his/her background and knowledge of geometric design, PSR, PR, PS&E and Caltrans specifications. You will also utilize Microstation/Inroads software. Keys to your success will be your abilities to offer technical excellence in project engineering, collaborate with other technical disciplines, and develop of project alternatives, and preliminary and final design.
Qualifications: Requirements
15 years of roadway and highway design experience, preferably in Southern CA with Caltrans
Demonstrated expertise in geometric design, PSR, PR, PS&E and Caltrans specifications
Familiarity with using Microstation/Inroads software
