Vice President of Acquisitions
A high profile international film and television production and distribution company is hiring an assertive and polished executive to head acquisitions.
Applicant must have existing relationships with producers and a minimum of three years in this field.
You must know how to track product in all phases of production and maintain a product tracking list. Your follow up skills should be impeccable. There will be meetings on a weekly basis to address where you stand in terms of bringing in product and setting up producer meetings.
Applicants must be assertive and confident in pitching the company to producers. You must be able to bring meetings into the offices and available to travel to film festivals. Candidates must be professional and able to draft and negotiate deal points with all parties involved. This is the perfect position for a highly confidant self assured executive.
Must be available to start immediately to work in LA office.
